Safe Minds Work Safely

Working in conjunction with Say Consultancy and Mcnaughton McGregor, we are delighted to announce our ‘Safe Minds Work Safely’ event.
With tight completion deadlines it’s easy to understand why choices are made that compromise safety. Traditional Health and Safety training focuses on key requirements for Safety at Work.
We want to provide a complementary and highly interactive approach to behavioural safety training that embeds safety in the minds of workers, making them choose to work in safe ways and feel empowered to speak out when colleagues are not working safely.
This session is about developing a fun, engaging and interactive training programme that deals with delegate-driven, ‘live’ Health and Safety issues.
Say Consultancy have been delivering IOSH accredited Health and Safety programmes for manyyears and Macnaughton McGregor have over 15 years experience in drama-based approaches that stimulate behaviour-change.
