This informal networking event will provide an opportunity for you to meet and catch up with professionals from the Built Environment.
We are pleased to advise that our sponsor for this month's event is Trade Training Associates.
Trade Training Associates (TTA) and 4041 would like the opportunity to share their experiences of working with young people who are new to the industry!
TTA was set up as a private training provider in 2008 to meet the needs of local employers who had valued employees who were skilled and competent but unfortunately were still unable to complete their apprenticeships due to the timeframes stipulated to them by their current training providers. This had a negative effect on the work activities and staff deployment for some companies and therefore they needed a change.
TTA developed a strategy that would allow employers to benefit from the training in both technical knowledge and practical skills of our own young people so as to be valued members of staff for securing the company future and winning new contracts.
On the upcoming First Friday we would like to share with you our experiences and hopefully encourage you to look at adopting a similar approach in your own organisations so as not to under value the importance that young people have to offer in relation to building the workforce of the future.
A light buffet will be provided. Please note that spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
