This KPI launch provides businesses from across the construction sector with access to the latest information on industry trends and performance. The data, collected from thousands of projects each year, demonstrates industry trends and enables us to understand wider issues for the sector.
This afternoon seminar will feature presentations providing an update on the new year’s data; the results of Constructing Excellence’s KPI review; a case study from a contractor/client that has implemented KPIs and an analysis of how measurement and benchmarking can help companies improve.
Jon De Souza, Constructing Excellence, is currently responsible for the member services department within the organisation. His remit includes Demonstration Projects, Key Performance Indicators and Constructing Excellence's Regional and Club network.
